Payment Policies & Procedures

Below, you will find our payment policies and procedures. The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. reserves the right to modify these procedures in the future to meet or exceed legal requirements for information protection.

Online Payment Policies

Requests have been made for online payment processing options. In keeping with PCI Compliance, The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. provides online payment through PayPal. The following outline our business payment processes for prepayment, post payment, and package purchases through our Web site and in office in conjunction with our preferred processors. 

Prepayment | First Time Clients

It is the policy of The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. to require all first-time clients to provide a credit card to remain on file or prepayment of scheduled services. Should a scheduled treatment be missed without at least 24-hours notice, the treatment cost is debited from the payment method provided to compensate the therapist for their time in the event we are unable to schedule someone else in that time slot. 

Prepayment of Services

The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. understands the value of paying for services in advance on a schedule you prefer. We accept payment for all treatments in advance online and by phone. It is our policy to provide account credit at the time of payment and does not issue refunds for these payments. In the event a client passes away prior to using all credits on the account, the remaining balance shall be transferred to next of kin or the estate for use with proper documentation. 

Post Treatment Payments

All payments made after therapeutic massage services are rendered are done in-office through our payment processing system meeting PCI Compliance standards. In addition to credit card payments, we also accept cash and check.

Package Payments

Packages offer savings when purchasing multiple treatments at one time. Our standard package includes four treatments. These packages can be purchased in advance online or in-office. As with all other payment options, a credit is applied to your account with The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. and cannot be refunded. In the event of moving, we will work with you to ensure you will be able to use or gift the remaining credit on your account. 

Online Processing Fees

Included with all transactions processed through PayPal, a 3% processing fee will apply to the total sale price. 

PCI Compliance

PCI Compliance is an information security standard for all organizations handling credit card transactions. The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council determines the safety requirements to protect consumer information. The Right Touch Massage Therapy, Inc. meets or exceeds those standards with payment processing policies and procedures designed to keep your information secure at all stages of working with you.
